Firstly we regret to learn that your experience at Graficali wasn't as per your expectations.
Graficali is an employee friendly company since day 1 (which is for the last 20 years) and our employees who have been with us, whether for 15 years or 15 months will happily agree to this.
Unfortunately, we at Graficali do not compromise on hard work. We train and mentor every single person working with us which takes time and everyone who has worked with us has been patient to help us and themselves to enhance their personality.
Another area we do not compromise on is remunerating our employees. Salary is the first thing on every employee's mind and so on ours, till date, we have NEVER skipped pay day for anyone.
Graficali is a happy work environment and a place to grow your skills. Every team member here has and we deeply regret that you couldn't.
