Pros

It pays the bills but not much else.

Cons

Suppose I could give this company a negative 5-star rating, I would. Where does one even begin? Horrible Management. Terrible pay. Unless you're one of their friends, I suppose. The founders have zero respect for the people who make their company run, which, after all these years "in the business," can't seem to run well at all, can it? All they do is gossip, waste time, and blow money on silly ideas. Be ready to face ridiculous levels of passive aggression. Know now that your workload will grow, expand, and evolve at a moment's notice and an ever-increasing rate with no pay raise or title change. Be prepared to be gaslit to no end. Be ready for no one in a management position ever to know what's happening. If you ask for anything that could help you do your job better, you MAY get it, but only after months of relentlessly asking. However, nothing gets to the crux of the matter than the fact that I haven't spoken to a single past employee who doesn't shudder at the name of, Graf Lantz. Workers be wary.

Pros

Working at this company was a truly special experience. It’s rare to find a place that not only fosters an entrepreneurial spirit but also empowers you to run with it. Being part of a small, growing organization meant I could see my impact every day—and that kind of visibility and ownership is something you don’t get in most roles. It was a wonderful opportunity to help shape something beautiful from the ground up, alongside a passionate, driven team. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed and initiative is rewarded, this is the place.

Cons

Minimal structure or top-down direction at times—but for self-starters, that’s part of the appeal. It gave me the freedom to experiment, make decisions, and really own my work. CEO & Founder are supportive, inspiring, and always listened to any idea.
