They say they treat staff as family but if that’s the case they are a dysfunctional family. They did a batch of redundancy and the way they treated these staff was disgusting. They overwork staff and pay minimum. Overtime is expected and they have some questionable practices when it comes to clients. If you are not part of the in crowd with senior staff in the US then you will never get anywhere in your career with them. They advertise as a global company but the only opinion that counts is from the US team who are all very old school and need to get up to date with the industry. Late night or early calls are expected and senior management will expect Asia based staff to get on calls at 1am but they would never do this themselves. Senior management and the board is predominantly white men even though they try and say they embrace diversity. Worst company I have ever worked with.
