Stay away - Support Gradifi Employee Review

This company has been amazing to work for. There is high growth potential as the market is just beginning to pop, the culture is great and people all get along inside and outside of the office, and there is a lot of future growth potential in many different areas. All employees seem to rally behind the mission of helping people with their financial wellness, and it is a very mission driven company. Not to mention the benefits are great, work life balance is better than any other company I have worked for, and I see a great opportunity to grow with this burgeoning company!

No Cons - this is a great place to work!

People were friendly, social. Comp fair. Work/life decent. Office space = nice, but was growing kinda cramped

Just a lot of change in management. No real plan for the tool that was unique or easy to sell. Alot of petty "mean girls' type of in-fighting between department heads. You had to be careful when talking to people from other departments because each department was always pointed ina slightly differentiated direction,. Also felt like you needed to get smart about who was aligned with FR bank at any particular time.
