The management style is unsustainable and could be described as toxic. Leaderships often focuses on optics for company partners at the expense of internal team health. Specifically, there is a lack of trust regarding workload management, rather than addressing systemic bottlenecks or unrealistic timelines, management often defaults to granular oversight of hours, yet simultaneously scrutinizes the team for the amount of time recorded.
