There are no cons I have at this time.

You get to work from home without any oversight. This is the job you take to look for another job. Since they lie to you, feel free to lie to them back. Don't travel unless you can make a vacation out of it. You'll never get reimbursed your expenses so feel free to take your friends out to lunch and dinner and pad your expenses with "clients." Pad your mileage. Double bill expenses for everything.

Platform doesn't work. It's broken and a lie. Nothing is managed, detected or responded to. They don't pay employee bonuses, expenses, commissions and don't pay vendors or partners. They never paid the consultants and developers who built the platform, which is why they're where there at. They outsource everything to India and barely pay them and when they don't, India just stops working and goes to their other job. They barely make payroll, if at all. They make excuses about getting funding that never comes in. They're bleeding money and clients. Clients are leaving in droves. They don't know what to do, it's that bad. It's fraud on its highest level. There's no SOCs that follow the sun, it's employee home addresses that are their SOCs. Every employee there is underpaid and looking to leave. if you're an employee don't ever bring personal relationships there (vis a vis partners, clients) into this hot mess unless you hate them and want to burn a personal bridge with them. Only the dumb ones take the monies owed to them and convert it to stock ownership. This company won't amount to anything long term. Everyone knows this and has a side hustle, work part-time or spend their days interviewing.
