Pros
I started several months ago and found myself on a team with talented, friendly, and helpful co-workers and managers who went out of their way to answer my questions and got me quickly onboarded and able to contribute. The performance expectations are reasonable. The company is a startup and much of the work is client-facing and involves the need to be agile and flexible to meet clients' expectations. However, the workload has been manageable and staff for the most part adhere to normal working hours with good work-life balance.
Cons
Given that the company is a startup, certain documentation is still lacking and processes may not be as streamlined as desired. However, things have been improving and the team is actively working to streamline processes so that newer people can quickly be involved.
