Pros
It is a place to challenge yourself as you'll get to solve new issues every day and doing that will be fun. The work culture is good and I had the opportunity to work with some highly experienced and skilled professionals which helped me grow not just professionally but as a person as well.
Cons
Not much. HR processes were a bit slower earlier but were much improved after 2017.
