Pros

It is kind of a job. People have hope that it will get better.... I think, and I warn I am an optimist, the company will get better...

Cons

It was more of a headache. For the hype and multiple levels of advertisement methods portrayed by this company, it disappoints greatly. I would rate the company, overall, poor. Senior management and leadership actions were not honorable, to say the least; thus, the atmosphere perpetuates inappropriate behaviors/actions towards others. The work environment was more of "dog-eat-dog" and CYA at any means for the dollar. Drama occurred to a level I have never seen before at any place of employment (inner conflict, strife, distrust, low moral, and unfairness)-(to say the least was the usual). A lot of the behavior that occur within is unprofessional and highly political. Senior leadership team appeared to resent senior management which contributed to a great deal of angst. CEO continues to keep people around who do not benefit the company and promote people on a political basis. CEO does not take the moral high road, for any employee if it is to his benefit to make more money allowing dysfunction, and out-of-control at any means competition, to occur for financial benefit (a very short-sighted view). Initial training-very inept. Appreciation and promotions are not based on ability (very political environment). Senior management and leadership team appeared, by their actions, to not care more about the dollar than the needs of clients or the needs of staff.
