great culture smart people great leadership

not much negative to say unless you don't like automotive

- driven environment - mostly clients with creative potential - good understanding of classical ideas and concepts

- many CDs lag behind in modern technology - copy-driven agency who's ECDs sometimes want too much copy in ads - very hierarchical, even though they think of themselves as "flat" - the worst: many many egos you need to please, before you can get to work (meaning too much fake laughter and social time, instead of really working)
