Small Company, Reasonable workload and clear expectations regarding performance.

It’s a small company, so there will be alot of collective growth across the board. But, with that being said, growing collectively could be viewed as a positive.

Don’t work here, don’t recommend

The position is significantly underpaid considering the risks involved. Employees regularly work with highly toxic chemicals without proper safety precautions in place. Management is often disorganized and unresponsive to concerns, creating a problematic work environment. The role is isolating, offers little to no opportunity for growth, and interactions with supervisors and sales staff can be discouraging and unprofessional.
