      Good benefits, nice location, nice staff

      Cons

      Severely underpaid, all staff is over worked, you get hired for one job but end up doing 5 including lots and lots of manual labor setting up stages and dance floors as well as moving tables and chairs for hours at a time

      Pros

      - staff is wonderful - management does help out on the floor - the best place to learn all the basics.

      Cons

      - low pay: The tip pool is split between curbside, the restaurant and banquets. Pay only averages from $15-22 an hour . - After the end of an event you have to completely reset for the next day . This includes moving heavy tables in out of the room and replacing table clothes. Tables are often completely reset at 12am. - roaches - you might get called off at the last minute. - director appreciates no one
