Pros

Very little. However if you are in the clique then you are all good!

Cons

Owner runs this company like and old boys club. He is a bully, a narcissist and a highly unpleasant person in general. Senior management are all snakes. lovely and pleasant to your face but the amount of meetings I have been present in when they run colleagues into the ground is very high. They lie and deceive their customers and also to the government/civil service stakeholders. The company is a horrible, horrible place to work. The longest serving member of staff is 1 year… that says it all. There are a number of cases being brought against the company for the way it treats employees and the bullying within the workplace - that’s mainly down to James. Overall this was the worst place I ever had the misfortune to work at and I would be very surprised if they are still in operation by the end of this year! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Oh and the review at the top of the page that says cracking little company going places, is actually the owner pretending to be a former employee.

Pros

The Boss James is a Mentor, Not Just a Manager The culture starts at the top, and James, our Content Director, is the heartbeat of that environment. In a job market that feels increasingly unstable and transactional, James treats us like long-term investments rather than just roles to be filled. He is incredibly supportive, always taking the time to share his deep industry knowledge, which gives me the intellectual ammunition I need to speak to high-level clients with genuine authority. Most importantly, he goes out of his way to provide real opportunities for young people to lead, ensuring we aren't just "junior staff" but recognized contributors with a seat at the table. At a time when many companies are scaling back, his commitment to our growth makes this a truly unique place to build a career. He has supported my personal growth as a BDM and I am ever thankful for the opportunity to work here.

Cons

To be successful here, you really have to embrace the challenge of becoming a subject matter expert almost overnight. It isn't just about "doing the job"; it’s about having a genuine hunger to become a well-rounded authority on the public sector.

Pros

- Friendly Team - Everyone pulls their weight - Genuinely interesting events & clients - Fast paced decision making

Cons

- Smaller team, so if you are an employee who is used to “blending in” it’s not for you.
