Regarding the concerns raised, GovAssist operates as a third-party support service, and this is disclosed throughout the application flow, including prior to payment and within the required authorization step completed by applicants. Our role is to assist with preparation, review, and guidance, while all government decisions and fees remain separate.
Compensation structures and service pricing reflect different aspects of the business, including operational support, infrastructure, and the scope of services provided.
As the organization has developed over time, internal processes, communication, and service frameworks have continued to evolve.
