The most stressful experiences I’ve had, the company’s entire business model relies on a legal grey zone; a shady website that resembles the official government platforms, misleading customers. By the time customers realize what they actually purchased, support agents are the ones left handling the frustration, confusion, and anger over the phone and through tickets every single day, with over-promises without delivering. Add to that the limited support we can actually provide because common issues are tied to the government websites, with problems that are completely outside our control. Employees are rushed through training on highly complex workflows and then immediately expected to manage difficult cases involving upset customers who often feel misled. Instead of properly supporting agents, management places enormous pressure on productivity metrics and nonstop ticket handling, Exhausting environment!! and little room to recover mentally. Avoid this company if you value stability, honesty, or a healthy work environment. The company relies on mass hiring during high-volume periods, then mass firing as soon as volume drops or budgets become tighter. Experienced employees are constantly replaced with new hires whenever demand increases, resulting in repeated operational issues and poor service quality because the products and procedures require real experience to handle correctly. Add to that the heavy micromanagement through tracking software that constantly monitors activity and takes screenshots every minute, No trust here! Plus the strict KPI metrics you MUST meet. You are expected to work under nonstop pressure while feeling watched every minute. There is also no paid time off at all, Great colleagues, but morale is extremely low, burnout is common, and employees are treated as replaceable resources rather than people. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking long-term stability, professional growth, or a respectful workplace.
