Management has no directions but full of politics, pls do a research on the team and members before joining, especially their ages and diversity. Be careful if all existing members joined before/during pandemic. Senior staff are threaten by new hire and changes, afraid younger generation and ai will replace their job so you will be surprised by slow process and excel everywhere. Frequent reorg and almost new roles are contract based after pandemic, newest staff got let go instead of lowest performing ones.
