Started out ok… quickly devolved - Account Executive GovPilot Employee Review

This is a small business that wants to act like it’s a large organization… but has incredibly sloppy procedures that are probably inhibiting growth, biggest issue is probably the CEO, all roads begin and end with him… not a collaborative environment at all. I watched 5 different people get fired over 5 months for “reasons” as mercurial as the CEO is. The longest tenured employees are his friends.
