Pros
Great company culture, very strong team environment. Employees are talented and committed. Upper management is approachable and open to suggestions and new ideas. Office space is unique and inviting. The company is very focused on success, and there is potentially a lot of room for career growth. Overall I had a very positive experience and truly enjoyed my time at GovPilot.
Cons
Very fast paced- expect a high workload and typical growing pains of a newer company. Benefits could be a bit better.
