Very high turnover rate, very scary. In general, micro manage, deceitful, conniving, malicious, degrading, talk down to their employees. Makes up own rules and changes them to fit own personal agenda on a whim without any warning or notice usually at the employees expense. Overall employee trust in management is lost. Managers don’t believe in employees and employees stopped believing in management.
