5- Observed conflicts over contracts, salaries, and benefits upon joining. Infrequent salary increases, with some having the same salary for over two years.
6- Onboarding is informal, requiring proactive requests for access and project information.
7- Despite financial stability from significant seed funding, there's reliance on hiring from Egypt, potentially for cost-effective, short-term solutions.
Considering these observations, I've decided to leave the company upon securing another job.
