Salary is way too slow to survive

I had the opportunity to work with the smartest people I ever met. However, they left the company because they didn't feel appreciated.

I don't recommend to work for this company as they don't recognize and reward exceptional work. Some of the new hires start with a 3 month probationary period with the hope of becoming a full time employees. However, the company will try to extend the 3 month probationary up to one year, making some sort of random excuses. Overall the company has a toxic work culture and all starts from the head of the company who happens to be the owner, the president and CEO all at the same time
