      Inspiring mission is to close the gender gap in STEM+ roles. Innovative and strategic leader, D Sangeeta, who has what is takes to solve this global problem--best leader I have every worked for! A team that really cares about this issue, we are all very passionate, and we've got each other's back.

      None. Honestly, this is the perfect fit for me to share all of my experience and knowledge to a mission that matters. Working her brings me joy and purpose!

      A challenging, inspiring and creative place to work. Startup energy but seasoned senior team so it's now wonky! Great mission.

      Cons

      Can't think of any... the hours are long, but it's a purpose-driven company and that keeps everyone pumped and wanting to make it a success.
