Pros
Very fast paced environment with a huge amount of opportunity to learn about all aspects of software development, from infrastructure, to client facing web apps and everything in between. The team is very friendly, we do a pub quiz together roughly once a week, The office is in a very nice location, 5 min walk from leather lane food market
Cons
Small team size and the fast paced nature of the product have contributed to some technical debt, but this is not a huge problem
