Pros
The employees are friendly, it's a stable job. 401k bonus is nice.
Cons
Staff isn't the same since Delores passed away. New owner isn't as involved with employees and we feel like our time spend here isn't important. 401k only matches up to 2% but you have to put in 4% to get that. Dental is terrible it doesn't cover much needed care.
