They weren't late paying us.

Company cycled through plant managers like toilet paper and they were all the same quality of TP. Every subsequent manager would try to force each department to do more with less, constantly trying to squeeze more blood out the stones. Increasing the number of shifts, cutting budgets, allowing equipment to run down and forcing unsafe work practices to increase production. This eventually led to 1/2 the plant burning down and also an employee being scalded by steam and needing to be life flighted to a hospital.
