Pros

I have good PTO policy and insurance due to my tenure (+8 years) I believe they don't offer the same anymore (up to 10 for tenure, 1 day for birthday,+3 company days... 26 days total) and insurance covers me and my direct family. The company is fully remote, company gatherings after optional and good and they have a work from anywhere policy that allows you to work remotely for few weeks per year.

Cons

- Several years without a salary raise. - Lack of clarity of company future. Delivery Management, Sales and other orgs seems to be in a try and error stage due to their lack of expertise or poor results, for instance current Delivery Director is not really prepared for the job, Sales VP is a real mess, HR keeps stretching the rules forcing senior employees to take more management duties for the same pay, regardless of your contract. Etc. - If you go to the bench, you are at serious risk of getting fired, despite of your performance. It wasn't like this before. - Excessive pressure to turn every employee into a highly technical role, leaving serious gaps on business management and people with real real high level management skills. Like if technical people could learn that from one day to another. - Is not even the shadow of what it used to be. I'm surprised the founders Ed and Stu are still sitting at the board of directors, watching this happening and doing nothing about it.

Pros

No pros as of 2025.

Cons

HR is essentially a tool of management. They rarely defend employees and tend to cover up issues like retaliation or discrimination to protect the company’s reputation. Problems are often “resolved” through negotiated payouts to avoid escalation or public complaints. Their focus is on shielding leadership, not supporting employees. There is no work-life balance. You’re expected to be available at all times, and pushing back can put you at risk. Leadership is completely broken. The new CEO replaced most of the Executive Team with his friends and has fully overhauled the Sales Team as well. But turnover is constant — new hires leave quickly because of the chaos and lack of direction. The CEO’s decisions are driving the company toward bankruptcy. The company avoids large layoffs to protect its image but carries out small rounds every quarter, keeping employees in a constant state of uncertainty and fear. At the same time, the company counts cents and cuts corners while pretending everything is fine. Employees see the financial strain and the lack of strategy. Quarterly All Hands meetings are full of spin. Leadership announces “new clients” even before contracts are signed — it’s all about appearances, not reality. If you lose your client and are moved to Labs, your future is bleak. Either you’ll be fired within a couple of months or pressured to resign.
