      Pros

      I worked with people from every office and in each position Many were very kind. It is also a family oriented firm.

      Cons

      The most of the people in the New York office are vile. Incredibly rude and condescending. Most through the California offices are overworked and disorganized because of it.

      Respected firm, objective bonus is nice on top of discretionary bonuses.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and the help that's promised is rarely actually available.

      Pros

      The Minneapolis office is a growing office with great opportunities for associates to get hands on involvement with depositions, motion practice and trials. I found my supervising partner to be a great mentor and person. She cared about me as a person and lawyer. I loved my time at Gordon Rees, but left for increased compensation.

      Cons

      Less than market pay. Senior associate laterals who were cliquey and sophomoric.
