      Pros

      My co-workers and attorneys I work with are very nice. I can honestly say that I like working with my bosses.

      Cons

      They have changed a lot of their company benefits and policies. They have also made several layoffs within the last couple of years which is disconcerting.

      Pros

      Respected firm, objective bonus is nice on top of discretionary bonuses.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy and the help that's promised is rarely actually available.

      Pros

      The Minneapolis office is a growing office with great opportunities for associates to get hands on involvement with depositions, motion practice and trials. I found my supervising partner to be a great mentor and person. She cared about me as a person and lawyer. I loved my time at Gordon Rees, but left for increased compensation.

      Cons

      Less than market pay. Senior associate laterals who were cliquey and sophomoric.
