Pros

Always Hiring as they regularly fires people with good performance

Cons

Fires people effective immediately with no warning, no heads up, no plans on helping or advising the employees how to improve themselves before firing them all of a sudden. Management is a mess with terminating people without considering how it will affect the entire structure of the company and throwing the responsibilities and blames to employees at the lower bracket.

Pros

Working remotely is the only advantage

Cons

Working at this company was an exhausting experience. The leadership style feels erratic and inconsistent, creating a stressful environment where employees never know what to expect. Benefits are far below industry standards, and nothing about the compensation package makes dealing with the daily dysfunction worthwhile. The turnover is alarming. Instead of supporting and developing existing staff, management seems to cycle people out constantly, which leaves everyone on edge and creates a revolving-door atmosphere. No matter how hard you work, it often feels like it’s never enough, and the lack of stability can wear you down quickly. If you value a healthy work environment, predictable expectations, or long-term career growth, you may want to look elsewhere.
