Its like a family owned business. The management thinks about just themselves and most of the money made is taken by them home. The HR department is very amateur and they donot know how to run their function aptly. Even if you have your worries communicated to them, they are very laid back about it. The entire control is in the hands of 2-3 people from the core team and everyone functions as per their commands. All in all, they are just fancy on the outside - internally their is not much growth/prospect for an individual. No appraisal was held in the first year(as promised by the CEO) and then the second appraisal was delayed by 5 months - Old employees are just very pissed and are leaving the company left, right and center - DONOT JOIN THEM
