Pros
Some of the smartest, hard working people I've ever worked with. Always learning new things. Since things are always moving quickly, learned a lot about being scrappy and how to manage time. Relatively okay work life balance if you're willing to fight for it.
Cons
Priorities constantly shifting, projects become worthless quickly. You can work on something for a year and then it's gone. CEOs speak in a very inflammatory way, not inspiring and feels insulting to employees. Absolutely no growth, benefits are laughable, pay is nowhere near industry average. Constant constant turnover and hush-hush layoffs.
