Great company to be a part of as we were in the top 25 start up companies of 2015 in Ireland. Offers flexible hours for work and a laid back atmosphere in the office. Great co workers as well, all young and goal oriented individuals focusing on what is important for the consumer and company alike.
Cons
Since it's still a start up, some revisions need to be done on the app. Other than that, we are expanding quickly.

- Horrendous regional/corporate leadership delivery on promises.
- Company directives change by the week.
- Had 7 different regional directors in 3 years.
- Quarterly layoffs, you just wait for an email.
