      Manage your own warehouse and come up with your own schedule

      Cons

      Pretty much on your own with no support or guidance from upper management. Corporate come up with new procedures everyday and don’t realize it won’t translate well into the warehouse. Just looks good on paper

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
