Internal promotions, upgraded benefits package such as evolving health, dental, and vision packages over the length of time of employment, weekly team meeting with management, check-in meetings with management to discuss well being, areas of development, and work goals.
Cons
When I got laid off, there was an email that was sent out, inviting us to a Zoom meeting. I did not see the email in time, therefore missed the Zoom meeting. When I received an email, stating I was laid off, I was told that management tried to contact me multiple times with no success. Management never reached out to me before that email was sent out. I think, in this case, there was poor communication between management and team members.
