      Pros

      Customer service is still able to work from home.

      Cons

      * CS is forgotten about * Pay is shocking, especially for this day and age and given the profits of the company * There is no progression * Salaried staff are fired out of nowhere, members of management disappear without warning because of it leaving us in the lurch

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
