Pros
No micromanagement, flexible with shifts. Valid opinions are heard and taken on board by direct managers and team leaders.
Cons
Employment process needs some improvement. Applying for 8am-5pm job but not being told it is 5pm-2am (for the same £10 an hour) until after you have got the job is not ok and leaves you with not many other options. An increase in pay in line with the current living standards would help boost overall morale. Promising to move agents over to 8am-5pm shift time and not being able to follow through.
