      Management aren't helpful Managers form opinions on who they like and dislike based off nothing, even if they've never met you, you will hear rumors' of managers plans to fire people for no reason Place of gossip and favoritism

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
