      Way more cons then there is pros — the only pro honestly is the 10 percent discount everyone gets on the app

      Cons

      This place is a HOT mess. Management has no clue what is going on, no sense of direction or care for the team. This is a start up but absolutely nothing is streamlined they are still working on building out a somewhat functioning ATS. I was only there for 10 months and within that time 3 lay offs occurred. They constantly over hire then freeze. In my opinion the company is all just marketing and they will not be going anywhere.

      Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
