Hours aren’t close to what the job postings describe. Little to no support from corporate. No control over shipments, deliveries, or staffing. Pay isn’t close to compensating for the hours or requirements. If you’re a GM, be prepared for zero days off as there are mandated weekend hours and several daily weekday meetings. If you’re a GM, be prepared to not have enough management support perpetually, and to be expected to fill all the gaps personally.
