      No dress code Easy product to remember Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Can't really use what you know from your last job to make your shift more efficient. If your shift performance is near perfect upper management will nit pick Minor things and blow it up as a major issue. Upper management is way to reactivate .

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
