      It is a flexible schedule with a minimal human contact

      Cons

      they will constantly try to short your pay so you have to get nasty with payroll on an ongoing basis. There is no uniformity between locations as far as procedure and guidelines go, very tribal.

      Relaxed, straight forward job that you can leave at the door.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Constantly staffed incorrectly. Little consideration from managers unless they like you (know that you're a hard worker and will take complete advantage of you).
