Pros

Relaxed environment, flexible hours, great immediate management (Team Leads/captains and other managers within building only)

Cons

Upper management in headquarters do not care about the success of this company. I think they still believe Gopuff is still a start-up. There is an inadequacy in the HR dept in hiring and payroll set-up which directly affects why there aren’t enough drivers or workers to handle the large workload and customer flow created by the great marketing and advertising team. The hiring process is vague and unstable, there is no proper training in place, or consistent protocol. This discourages people to keep their jobs as drivers or remain associates when they, along with missed paychecks because of lack of proper staffing, and lack of direction. This also directly affects the customers experience which affects the success of the business

Honestly, there's nothing I didn't like about that job. Except for going in the freezer lol.
