Pros

It beats a blank, but not by much at my location. But the concept is great IN THE RIGHT LOCATION!

Cons

No pay, for talked to no one before they picked a spot. There is NO disposable income and thier target customers never order much and if they took the time to come look and see the area they may understand why. This is NOT California and it’s a different world, there is money her it’s just they never took the time to research. I have read all the problems and you are right, when you ask about pay or no show customers and a dead delivery I am told we get nothing and when sent back get nothing extra for the customers for the good will effort. They have no idea of the crime in an area and why no one else wants to deliver to these area and after dark is even worse. We get no workman’s Comp or anything so if we are hurt on the job we are SOL. The GM has no idea how we get a check stub and no idea where to look. He is honest and trying but the co seems to have zero real communication. The law is you must get one. And yes keep track of it all. But it really will do no good. As independent contractors we have zero rights with the labor board and all they tell you is a hire a lawyer. And if you have a hourly pay problem, the feds can only except for very few cases only get you min wage as it’s all they can enforce. Guy we have no rights. Make sure you get a copy of the contact and know exactly what you contracted for and do it, but no more. And there are legal reasons for that. The contact should spell out your agreed duties and pay. It’s the law. We make in the 9 dollar range! And with few delivers and tip I can not live on it. As much as I do not wAnt to and want to hang around and hope things will get worked out, I can not live or pay my bills on this. I am a body and nothing more.
