Pros

none at all it's so GHETTO working conditions

Cons

Worst company ever, if you want to be harassed and humiliated in front of your peers this is definitely the place to find that. COWORKERS CAN TRY TO HIT YOU AND YOULL GET A WRITE UP. All they do is hire ghetto dinge people lacking true customer service skills. You can expect to be victimized at this place and feel free to reach out to HR they will do everything in their power to NOT address any of your concerns or protect you as an employee. You will be %100 overworked as a reward for your devotion. Horrible 12am to 8am hours or 8pm to 4am hours no in between. Mangement favorites get the mornings. You will never be acknowledged for anything right you do, on the contrary you will be constantly reprimanded and ridiculed for all the things you were taught to be right but they changed their mind and now it’s wrong. You will be bullied by all, treated like trash, and never be protected by those higher up. In interview you are ultimately lied to about career advancement. They will also tell you everyone must have a rotating schedule AFTER you get the position. You'll notice a small select handful of agents and management that have constant morning schedule without rotation. Any adjustments are often accepted by management with an hour cut to supplement your 'needs'. I was a full time Call Agent going from 40 hours then asked for a constant time and was reduced to less hours than twenty year olds who just started. Working here is toxic and all their drivers do is smoke weed and have customers items smelling like it. Many calls on that and horrid working conditions. Bugs and mice everywhere. Lack of equipment in a CALL center like no mouses or headsets not held together by duct tape? I also expect massive money laundering

Pros

Supportive Regional manager for sites

Cons

Lack of Accountability (Passing the Buck): Decision-making often lacks ownership, resulting in frustration and confusion when problems arise—issues are shifted rather than addressed. Unrealistic Expectations with Reduced Labor Budget: Increased performance expectations paired with significant cuts to labor budgets leave teams stretched thin and unable to meet demands effectively. High Turnover Among Operational Associates: The combination of workload pressure and no up-word movement leads to frequent employee departures at the associate level. Burnout Among Site Leaders: Site leaders are overwhelmed by the demands of managing intense workloads with insufficient staffing and appropriate labor hours support, has led to burnout and diminished morale. Insufficient Support Structures: There is a noticeable gap between what is expected of employees and the support (training, tools, manpower) provided to help them succeed. Reactive Rather Than Strategic Planning: Operational strategy often feels short-sighted, with decisions made on the fly rather than through proactive, long-term planning.
