      Good pay, lots of time off, the job itself was not bad.

      Cons

      Manager is explosive, does not communicate until he snaps, walk on eggshells, union busting tactics, guilt trips, treated like scum of earth. Manager guilt trips you if you want any time off.

      Pros

      Salary 20-30k higher than local manufacturing companies. Benefits are close to 98% covered by the company. New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees. Tuition Reimbursement Company prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      Required to wear a respirator (Not easy in the Florida Heat) and required to participate in monthly blood draws (Not easy if you are not a fan of needles)
