Pros

Goose is like one big family. People genuinely care not only for each other, but for their customers as well. In several cases they’ve had the same customer base since the beginning. Also major advancement opportunities!

Cons

Don’t really have a con. Maybe that it’s a fast-passed environment, but it’s never boring!

Pros

I have been at Goose Digital for three years and it has been a wild, exciting ride. Since starting with Goose, we've not only grown our client base significantly, but we've also expanded our core team of goslings and have outgrown our office not once but twice. You don't just get your feet wet here - you jump into the deep end. The fast pace at which we work is affectionately known around the office as "drinking from the fire hose", but this is a great environment for anyone who wants rapid, hands-on learning. It's also a great environment in which to spread one's wings as the opportunity to use skills learned elsewhere and to develop new skills in-house never ceases. Overall, the best thing about Goose is the team and our flock leader. We have an amazing, nurturing mentor and a group that is committed to developing a welcoming, inclusive office culture. Geese work hard and play hard together and that is reflected in our work ethic and our downtime.

Cons

We are expanding so rapidly that it's difficult, at times, to keep up with everything that our team is engaged with. Though we don't work in silos, some of us are heads down with some clients and sometimes there's exciting work going on a desk away that we don't always know about. :)

Pros

Goose is fairly modern style digital agency and they have strengths in specific industries. The staff are good coworkers, not too social, but easy to get along with. Jen and Riley are excellent to work with. The company has potential as long as you're okay staying in certain verticals and in rigid work roles.

Cons

Management tends to stick to formulae in business strategy and may be a little narrow sighted that way. If you're adventurous, imaginative, without boundaries, you may find you don't fit in. They believe in the "team of specialists" theme which may not agree with growth-oriented or trail blazer type people.
