Distrustful Environment built on falsehoods - Anonymous employee Gooru Employee Review

Everyone seems to be scrambling all the time, the software doesn't do everything that customers are told, making it feel like Gooru is fleecing people. People are placed in roles that they often are not experienced in leading to many mistakes. There are many instances of gaslighting and being thrown under the bus so that a manager can save face or attract a new client. Overall, it was a very unhealthy environment emotionally and in terms of mental health.
