      Pros

      Boss is very nice and friendly. They treat you like a family. Health insurance is free.

      Cons

      Sales team is the king at this company. If they complain, entire operation team will need to change their process. Only 10 days of PTO a year and although insurance is free, deductible is very high.

      The supporting team is perfect and professional, the management team is great too. The training system is very good for a new starter.

      Pros

      Shawn and Rebecca are very supportive in your career aspirations, and they care about you as a person. Operations staff are very helpful, share knowledge, and support one another. Business has been very stable since its founding, and has grown considerably. Remote work has been supported, and pay has been increased to compete with the market.

      Cons

      Very pushy loan officers and real estate agents. High stress/extremely fast paced work environment.
