Pros

- Very flexible schedule, good for poly/uni students - Pretty easy if you're fluent in English - OTOT as long as you finish your articles - Chill in your first 1-2 weeks

Cons

- Boss uses so much Singlish and broken English he's hard to understand. He's capable of using perfect English for articles so why does that not translate into communication with staff? Can be a bit rude at times also - Very heavy workload. Have to work at full-speed during your entire shift to be able to churn out 5-6 articles per day. Gets very tiring after a few months - Super repetitive. Could be a pro or a con depending on what you like - Some articles are a bore to write. Many topics won't appeal to audiences other than old people, but are many old people really reading articles online? - No career progression - No incentives or rewards - Pay is definitely not competitive. Can easily earn more from being a restaurant waiter.
