      Working on projects cross funtionally with U.S. co-workes

      Cons

      not recognizing extra effort or education (mainly my immediate boss bt also many of the executives). very little appreciation for thinking independently, especially if you are female!

      Well known brand and widely used products, good work/life balance

      No communication of tangible strategic initiatives, lots of churn in product meetings, leadership almost always shoots down ideas and doesn't like push back of any form, current innovation is rushed copies of product trends already on shelf,
